Privacy Notice
Plain-language data practices.
This notice explains what CG Creations collects, why it is used, where it goes, and the choices available to you.
Information collected
- Optional visitor analytics: IP address, first-seen time, and country derived through IPinfo. This occurs only after analytics permission is granted.
- Account data: username, optional profile details and avatar, hashed password, and session token. An email field may exist for account features if provided.
- Saved activity: game scores, study progress represented as score data, and homework titles, subjects, dates, notes, completion, and archive status.
- Browser storage: terms choice, cookie choice, remembered username when requested, login-prompt preference, and some local game records.
- AI messages: prompts and recent conversation messages sent when the Learning Assistant is used.
How information is used
- Operate accounts, sessions, profile pictures, homework, and score synchronization.
- Return Learning Assistant responses and protect that feature with rate limits.
- Count unique visitors and understand country-level reach when analytics is allowed.
- Remember choices and local records in the same browser.
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain site security.
AI and service providers

CG Creations does not sell personal information and does not use visitor data for targeted advertising.
Storage and retention
Account-linked data is retained while the account exists or as needed to operate and secure the service. Session records expire after approximately 30 days. Visitor analytics may be retained to preserve the historical unique-visitor count. Browser data remains until it expires, is replaced, or is cleared through browser settings. Backups and provider logs may persist temporarily.
Your choices
- Use Cookie Settings to allow or decline future visitor analytics.
- Use Account Settings to change supported profile preferences.
- Use Delete Account to permanently remove the account and database records linked through it.
- Clear browser data to remove local preferences and records stored on that browser.
- Contact CG Creations to ask a privacy question or request help with data.
Security
Passwords are transformed with a unique random salt and the scrypt password-hashing function. Session identifiers are stored in HttpOnly, SameSite cookies. HTTPS and defensive browser headers are used in production. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
CG Creations is a general learning site and does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. A child under 13 should use the site with a parent or guardian and should not create an account or submit personal information without appropriate permission. Contact the site if you believe a child submitted personal information that should be removed.
